Recently, The company received the reply of the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Suzhou Municipal People’s Government on the opinions on the filing of restricted stock incentive plan of Kunshan Longteng North Electro-Optic Co.Ltd(600184) Co., Ltd. (sgzk [2021] No. 10) forwarded by Kunshan Guochuang Investment Group Co., Ltd., which made it clear that it agreed with Kunshan Finance Bureau in principle (SASAC) review opinions on Approving the company to implement the restricted stock incentive plan in 2021 and put it on record.
Matters related to this restricted stock incentive plan of the company shall not be implemented until it is submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation and approval.
