Announcement on resumption of work and production of the company and some subsidiaries

In the afternoon of December 22, 2021, the New Coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention joint control headquarters in Shaoxing Shangyu District issued the opinions on the implementation of the orderly resumption of industrial enterprises in Shangyu district (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Opinions). According to the implementation opinions, Zhejiang Fenglong Electric Co.Ltd(002931) (hereinafter referred to as “company” or “our company”) and its subsidiary Zhejiang Hao Long Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “hereinafter referred to as” implementation opinions “) “Haolong electric”) and Shaoxing Yicheng Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yicheng motor”) have met the requirements for resumption of work and production, and recently submitted a written application and resumption of work and production plan. After being reviewed and approved by the territorial Government, the company and its subsidiaries Haolong electric and Yicheng motor will resume work and production step by step. The specific conditions are disclosed as follows:
1、 Reasons for this orderly temporary shutdown
In order to cooperate with the local New Coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control work, the company and its subsidiary, Hao long electric and Yi Cheng electric motor, ordered the production to stop production in the afternoon of December 9, 2021, and implemented the accommodation guarantee during the epidemic prevention period. The production was temporarily suspended from December 10, 2021. The details are disclosed in the “China Securities Journal” and “Securities Times” in December 13, 2021. The “Securities Daily” and “www.cn.info.com..Cn.” of the “announcement on the orderly and temporary shutdown of the company and its molecular company affected by the epidemic of New Coronavirus pneumonia” (Bulletin number: 2021-118).
2、 Resumption of work and production of the company and its subsidiaries
At present, the epidemic prevention and control in Shangyu District of Shaoxing city has achieved some results. According to the “implementation opinions” issued by the New Coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention joint control headquarters in Shaoxing Shangyu district on December 22, 2021 afternoon, the company and its subsidiaries, Hao long electric and Yicheng motors have met the requirements of resuming work and re production, and submitted written applications and resumption of production plans in recent days. With the review and approval of the local government, the company and its subsidiaries Haolong electric and Yicheng electric have obtained re approval
The reply to the resumption of work and production will gradually and orderly resume work and production. So far, all the companies and subsidiaries that have temporarily stopped production since December 10, 2021 will start to resume work and production, and actively promote the recovery of production capacity.
The company and its subsidiaries Haolong electric and Yicheng motor mainly produce garden machinery parts, automobile aluminum die-casting parts, motors and other parts.
3、 Relevant impacts and measures taken
1. As disclosed on the date of this announcement, with the strong support and cooperation of customers, the delivery period of some products has been appropriately adjusted, and the company’s undertaking of new orders has not been significantly affected. The temporary stoppage of production caused by New Coronavirus pneumonia has not produced significant adverse effects on the company’s production and operation, and has little impact on the company’s overall performance in 2021.

During the critical period of epidemic prevention and control, the company actively responded to the call of the government on the basis of doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control and its own operation and management. Some employees devoted themselves to anti epidemic volunteer services, cooperated with and assisted the local government in epidemic information investigation and personnel prevention and control, fully reflected the suggestions on returning to work and production, and earnestly fulfilled the social responsibilities of listed companies.
