Talkweb Information System Co.Ltd(002261) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company”) the 16th meeting of the seventh board of directors was notified by mail and fax on December 22, 2021, and held by means of communication voting on December 26, 2021. There are 7 voting directors and 7 actual voting directors. The meeting is in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China and Relevant provisions of the articles of association.
