Yike Co., Ltd. was established on August 7, 2008 (registered capital: 5 million yuan)

On May 31, 2009, Yike Co., Ltd. made the first share transfer (registered capital: RMB 10 million) and the first capital increase

On August 6, 2010, Yike Co., Ltd. made the second equity transfer (registered capital: RMB 10 million)

On August 11, 2010, Yike Co., Ltd. increased its capital for the second time (registered capital: RMB 40 million)

Yike Co., Ltd. increased its capital for the third time on April 28, 2011 (registered capital: 70 million yuan)

On September 29, 2011, Yike Co., Ltd. increased its capital for the fourth time (registered capital: 80 million yuan)

On December 29, 2011, Yike Co., Ltd. increased its capital for the fifth time (registered capital: 85.1 million yuan)

On June 8, 2017, Yike Co., Ltd. made the third equity transfer (registered capital: RMB 91.4946 million)

Yike food was established as a joint stock company on June 2-8, 2017 (registered capital: RMB 360 million)

On October 18, 2017, Yike food increased its capital for the ninth time (registered capital: 378367300 yuan)

On December 28, 2017, Yike food increased its capital for the tenth time (registered capital: RMB 40,40.816 million)

2、 Evolution of share capital since the establishment of the company

1. In August 2008, Yike Co., Ltd., the predecessor of the issuer, was established

On July 20, 2008, Tian Liyu, Guan Yanfeng and Gong Liyun jointly invested 5 million yuan to establish Yike Co., Ltd., of which Tian Liyu invested 3 million yuan, accounting for 60% of the registered capital; Guan Yanfeng contributed 1 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the registered capital; Gong Liyun contributed 1 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the registered capital.

On August 6, 2008, Suqian Tianyuan United Certified Public Accountants issued the capital verification report (tyysz [2008] No. 171). As of August 5, 2008, Yike Co., Ltd. had received a monetary contribution of 5 million yuan from all shareholders.

On August 7, 2008, Jiangsu Suqian Administration for Industry and Commerce approved and issued the business license for enterprise legal person with the registration number of 32130000031035 to Yike Co., Ltd. When Yike Co., Ltd. was established, the equity structure was as follows:

On May 25, 2009, Tian Liyu signed the equity transfer agreement with Guan Yanfeng and Gong Liyun respectively, which agreed that Guan Yanfeng would transfer his 10% equity of Yike Co., Ltd. to Tian Liyu at the price of 500000 yuan, and Gong Liyun would transfer his 14% equity of Yike Co., Ltd. to Tian Liyu at the price of 700000 yuan.
