Guangdong Create Century Intelligent Equipment Group Corporation Limited(300083) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 and the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 on April 2, 2021 and December 22, 2021 respectively, and deliberated and adopted the proposal on the company’s application for comprehensive credit and financing guarantee for subordinate companies and the proposal on increasing credit line and guarantee for the company and its subordinate companies , it is agreed that the company shall provide guarantee with a total amount of no more than RMB 4.45 billion (including this amount) for the credit and financing matters of its subsidiaries.

(hereinafter referred to as “Shenzhen Guangdong Create Century Intelligent Equipment Group Corporation Limited(300083) “) signed the maximum guarantee contract with Bank Of Chengdu Co.Ltd(601838) Yibin Branch (hereinafter referred to as ” Bank Of Chengdu Co.Ltd(601838) “) to jointly provide joint and several liability guarantee for the financing of RMB 176 million of its subsidiary Yibin Guangdong Create Century Intelligent Equipment Group Corporation Limited(300083) Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yibin Guangdong Create Century Intelligent Equipment Group Corporation Limited(300083) “).
2. Recently, Shenzhen Guangdong Create Century Intelligent Equipment Group Corporation Limited(300083) , the holding subsidiary of the company, and Bank Of China Limited(601988) Suzhou Xiangcheng sub branch (hereinafter referred to as ” Bank Of China Limited(601988) “) signed the maximum guarantee contract to provide joint and several liability guarantee for the financing of RMB 80 million of Suzhou Taiqun Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Suzhou Taiqun”).

As of the date of this announcement, since the guarantee line of this year was approved by the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 and the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021, the company has provided credit and financing guarantee for its subsidiaries in the amount of RMB 2316 million.
