The meeting was held in the company by communication on December 24, 2021. There were 9 directors who should attend the meeting and 9 actually attended the meeting. 1、 Proposal on providing guarantee for the loan of the holding subsidiary Yunhong communication technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd
The 12th meeting of the 6th board of directors held on April 28, 2021 and the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 20, 2021 considered and approved the proposal on providing guarantee amount for the holding subsidiary Yunhong communication technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. in 2021 , agreed to provide Yunhong communication with a total financing guarantee of no more than RMB 1 billion in 2021, which is valid from the date of deliberation and approval of the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders to the date of holding the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders. The amount of guarantee provided by the company for Yunhong communication is RMB 230 million, which is within the above limit. After the guarantee is reviewed and approved by the board of directors, it does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
