(hereinafter referred to as “broad Gongga”) under Boyu investment ）And signed the share transfer agreement with broad Gongga on December 15, 2021. After the completion of this share transfer, the company will continue to hold 30.33% of the shares of Jinke service, and the company remains the largest shareholder and controlling shareholder of Jinke service.
