Announcement on replacing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision

Ninestar Corporation(002180) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the letter on changing the sponsor representative of Ninestar Corporation(002180) Continuous Supervision issued by Huarong Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huarong securities”).
Huarong securities was the sponsor of the company’s non-public offering of shares in 2017, and originally appointed Mr. Jian Minsheng and Mr. Zhang Tao as the sponsor representatives during the continuous supervision period. Due to the change of Mr. Jian Minsheng’s work, in order to ensure the orderly progress of continuous supervision, Huarong securities decided to appoint Ms. Xiao Yang with the qualification of recommendation representative (attached with her resume) to replace Mr. Jian Minsheng as the recommendation representative during the continuous supervision of the company and continue to perform the responsibility of continuous supervision to the company.
After the change of the sponsor representative, the sponsor representatives responsible for the continuous supervision of the company are Ms. Xiao Yang and Mr. Zhang Tao, who will continue to perform relevant duties until the relevant work is completed.
This change will not affect the continuous supervision of Huarong securities to the company. The board of directors of the company expresses heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jian Minsheng for his work as the sponsor representative of the company!
