Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) (hereinafter referred to as ” Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) “) is one of the co sponsors of Avic Xi’An Aircraft Industry Group Company Ltd(000768) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) for the non-public offering of A-Shares in 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the non-public offering project”) And other relevant regulations, Mr. Chi Huitao and Ms. Yang Keyi are appointed as the sponsor representatives of the company’s non-public offering projects to be responsible for continuous supervision.
On December 23, 2021, the company received Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) letter on changing Avic Xi’An Aircraft Industry Group Company Ltd(000768) continuous supervision and recommendation representative. Due to the change of Mr. Chi Huitao’s work, he no longer served as the continuous supervision and recommendation representative of the company’s non-public offering projects.
