Maiquer Group Co.Ltd(002719) (hereinafter referred to as \ “company \” or \ “maixier \”) held the 31st meeting of the third board of directors and the 25th meeting of the third board of supervisors on March 17, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposal on using some idle raised funds to temporarily supplement working capital , it is agreed that the company and its subsidiaries use idle raised funds of no more than RMB 50 million to temporarily supplement working capital. The service life shall not exceed 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors, and the above funds shall be returned to the special account for raised funds in time before the expiration. On April 26, May 10, June 28, October 26 and December 9, 2021, the company has returned 1.4 million, 2.1 million, 1 million, 15 million and 4 million yuan of the above raised funds for temporary replenishment of working capital to the special account for raised funds in advance.
According to the progress and capital demand of the project invested by raising funds at the present stage, the company returned RMB 2 million of the above-mentioned raised funds for temporary replenishment of working capital to the special account for raised funds in advance on December 23, 2021, and informed Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., the continuous supervision organization, of the return of the above-mentioned raised funds. The service life of the funds did not exceed 12 months, Reasonable arrangements have been made for the funds during the use period, and the funds are in good use.
As of the announcement date, the amount of the raised funds used to temporarily supplement the working capital has not been returned is 23.95 million yuan, and the service life has not exceeded 12 months.
