Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Co.Ltd(300567) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 39th meeting of the third board of directors on December 22, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the application of the company’s subsidiaries for comprehensive credit line from the bank. According to the holding subsidiary of the company, Shanghai Precision Measurement semiconductor technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Precision Measurement”) ）According to the production and operation objectives and development needs, the board of directors agreed that Shanghai precision measurement applied to China Citic Bank Corporation Limited(601998) Shanghai Qingpu sub branch for a comprehensive credit amount of no more than RMB 100 million by means of working capital loan, bank acceptance bill, letter of guarantee, China letter of credit, bill discount and other methods, and the final credit line and credit term approved by the bank shall prevail.
The validity period of the above credit line is 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors of the company. The board of directors of the company authorizes Mr. Peng Qian, chairman of the company, to handle all credit related procedures within the above comprehensive credit line and sign relevant legal documents.
