Announcement on the resignation of the Deputy General Manager

The board of directors of Hubei Energy Group Co.Ltd(000883) (hereinafter referred to as the company) received a written resignation report from Mr. Jin Biao on December 22, 2021. Due to work reasons, Mr. Jin Biao applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the company and no longer held any position in the company and its holding subsidiaries after resignation.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, Mr. Jin Biao’s resignation will not affect the company’s daily production and operation, and his resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. Mr. Jin Biao holds 126500 shares of the company. Mr. Jin Biao promises not to transfer his shares within six months after leaving office. After that, the shares held will be managed in accordance with laws and rules such as the guidelines for the standardized operation of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the detailed rules for the implementation of share reduction by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
