Announcement on the company’s application for comprehensive credit line from the bank in 2022
The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
In order to meet the capital needs for the production and operation of Shenzhen Keanda Electronic Technology Corp.Ltd(002972) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) and ensure the sustainable development of the company, the company plans to apply to relevant banks for a comprehensive bank credit line of no more than 490 million yuan. This matter has been deliberated and approved at the eighth meeting of the Fifth Board of directors in 2021 and the seventh meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors in 2021. See the following table for the proposed credit line:

Other borrowing matters, borrowing time, amount and purpose within the total comprehensive credit line will be determined according to the actual needs of the company, and Mr. Guo Fengming, chairman of the company, will be authorized to negotiate with the bank on specific matters and sign relevant documents.
The company has no relationship with the above banks.
