(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the 18th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors (hereinafter referred to as “the meeting”) ）The notice of the meeting was sent by mail, telephone, etc. the meeting was held in the conference room on the seventh floor of the company’s office building in the morning of December 22, 2021 by means of on-site and communication. The meeting should be attended by 3 supervisors and actually 3 supervisors.
