Pengdu Agriculture & Animal Husbandry Co.Ltd(002505) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) ）The 12th meeting of the 7th board of supervisors was notified to all supervisors by telephone, written form and e-mail on December 9, 2021, and was held in the conference room of the company, building 25, Lane 2188, Hongqiao Road, Changning District, Shanghai in the afternoon of December 14, 2021. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Xu Honglin, the chief supervisor of the company. There were 3 supervisors who should be present and 3 actually present. Some directors and senior managers attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The number of attendees, convening procedures and discussion contents of this meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the Pengdu Agriculture & Animal Husbandry Co.Ltd(002505) articles of Association (hereinafter referred to as the “articles of association”). After careful deliberation by the supervisors attending the meeting, the following resolutions are formed:
1. The proposal on the appointment of audit institutions in 2021 was considered and adopted by 3 affirmative votes, 0 negative votes and 0 abstention votes
According to the needs of the company’s future development and audit work, the company plans to hire zhongxinghua certified public accountants as the company’s audit institution in 2021 for one year, which will take effect from the date of deliberation and approval at the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021.
