(hereinafter referred to as “China Power Netcom”), and China Power Netcom plans to transfer its 14902124 shares of the company (accounting for 2.18% of the total share capital of the company) to China Power Technology Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “power technology investment”) free of charge ）Hold. After the transfer, the total share capital of the company remains unchanged, and the total number and proportion of shares held by the actual controller of the company, China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd., remain unchanged.
