In view of the fact that Mr. Yuan Li’s resignation will result in the number of the company’s board of supervisors being lower than the legal minimum, in order to ensure the compliance operation of the board of supervisors, the company considered and adopted the proposal on by election of non employee representative supervisors of the Fourth Board of supervisors at the 17th meeting of the Fourth Board of supervisors held on December 14, 2021, The board of supervisors of the company agrees to nominate Ms. Wen Jing (see the appendix for her resume) as a candidate for non employee representative supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors. Wen Jing, female, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, was born in March 1986, In 2010, he graduated from chalms University of technology in Sweden (Chalmers University of Technology) majored in materials and nanotechnology.
