Independent opinions of independent directors on the appointment of senior vice president of the company
In accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “company law”), the stock listing rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange and other laws, regulations and normative documents, And China United Network Communications Limited(600050) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), the articles of association and the working rules of independent directors of the company, as independent directors of the company, after carefully reviewing the proposal on the appointment of senior vice president of the company at the eighth meeting of the seventh board of directors, we express our independent opinions as follows:
1、 Mr. Tang Yongbo has strong professional ability and rich practical work experience, and has the qualifications, experience and performance ability corresponding to serving as senior vice president. 2、 It is not found that Mr. Tang Yongbo is not allowed to be a senior manager of the company as stipulated in the company law, the articles of association and the stock listing rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange, and is punished by the CSRC and other relevant departments and the stock exchange.
3、 Agree to appoint Mr. Tang Yongbo as the senior vice president of the company.
