The sale of the equity of the financial technology business subsidiary is in line with the company’s development strategy and helps to improve the asset quality of the listed company. In the future, the company will focus on the development of its main business and constantly strengthen and refine its main business; This transaction is conducted on the basis of voluntariness, equality, fairness and legality of both parties, and the pricing basis is reasonable. There is no infringement on the interests of the company, especially the interests of the majority of minority shareholders of the company; At the same time, the voting procedures of relevant proposals comply with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association, and the decision-making procedures are legal and effective. Therefore, we agree to sell the equity of the subsidiary.
