Zhejiang Shuanghuan Driveline Co.Ltd(002472) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on renewing the appointment of the audit institution in 2021 at the 25th meeting of the Fifth Board of directors held on March 29, 2021, and agreed to renew the appointment of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Tianjian certified public accountants”) as the audit institution of the company in 2021, The proposal has been deliberated and approved by the company’s 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders. 1、 Change of signature accountant
On March 3, 2022, the company received the letter on changing the signing certified public accountant from Tianjian certified public accountants. Tianjian certified public accountants, as the audit institution of the company in 2021, originally appointed Mr. Zhu Dawei and Ms. Wu Hui as the signing Certified Public Accountants of the audit report of the company’s financial statements in 2021. Due to the internal work adjustment of Tianjian certified public accountants, Ms. Chen Susu and Mr. Qi Tieqiao are now appointed as the signing Certified Public Accountants of the audit report of the company’s financial statements in 2021.
The signed certified public accountants after the change are: Ms. Chen Susu and Mr. Qi Tieqiao.
2、 Signature accountant information of this change
Ms. Chen Susu has been engaged in the audit of Listed Companies in Tianjian certified public accountants since July 2004 and became a Chinese certified public accountant in 2006. Mr. Qi Tieqiao has been engaged in the audit of Listed Companies in Tianjian certified public accountants since July 2008 and became a Chinese certified public accountant in 2010.
Ms. Chen Susu and Mr. Qi Tieqiao have not violated the independence requirements of the code of professional ethics for Certified Public Accountants of China. They have not been subject to criminal punishment, administrative punishment, administrative supervision measures and self-discipline punishment for their practice in the past three years.
