This cooperation may lead to the change of the actual controller of your company from the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government (hereinafter referred to as “Yunnan SASAC”) to the state owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council after completing the industrial and commercial change registration procedures of equity transfer in the future, The controlling shareholder of the company is changed to China Baowu.
