The company has applied to the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the stock exchange of Hong Kong") for approval to list and trade the bonds on the stock exchange of Hong Kong by issuing debt securities only to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Securities Listing Rules of the stock exchange of Hong Kong and the securities and Futures Ordinance of Chapter 571 of the laws of Hong Kong). The approval for the listing and trading of the bonds will come into effect on March 4, 2022.
