After examination, Mr. Wang Lei has the qualifications of senior managers of listed companies as stipulated in laws, administrative regulations and normative documents, has the necessary working experience to perform relevant duties, and meets the conditions specified in the standards for corporate governance of listed companies, the rules for listing shares of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the articles of Association, Without the punishment of the CSRC and other relevant departments and the punishment of the stock exchange, and without the situation of not being allowed to serve as the senior management of the company as stipulated in the company law and the articles of association, it is not a dishonest person, and the appointment procedure is legal and effective. We unanimously agree to appoint Mr. Wang Lei as the deputy general manager of the company. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval of the current board of directors to the expiration date of the term of office of the ninth board of directors.
