Thunder Software Technology Co.Ltd(300496) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written report submitted by Mr. Zou Pengcheng, director and deputy general manager of the company, resigning from the post of deputy general manager of the company. Mr. Zou Pengcheng applied for resignation from the position of deputy general manager of the company for personal reasons. After his resignation, he still served as a director of the company and a member of the audit committee of the board of directors. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the written report of Mr. Zou Pengcheng’s resignation from the post of deputy general manager of the company shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors of the company, which will not affect the normal operation of the daily operation of the company.
The original expiration date of Mr. Zou Pengcheng’s position as deputy general manager is July 13, 2024. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Mr. Zou Pengcheng directly holds 898419 shares of the company.
