1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Hunan Yujing Machinery Co.Ltd(002943) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the notice of the 9th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors has been sent by telephone and e-mail on February 25, 2022. The meeting was held on site in the conference room on the first floor of the company on March 2, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Cao Zhen, chairman of the board of supervisors of the company. There were 3 supervisors who should attend the meeting, 3 supervisors who actually attended the meeting, and the Secretary of the board of directors attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
