1、 Overview of guarantee
Jingao Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 28th meeting of the Fifth Board of directors on December 9, 2021 and the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 on December 27, 2021. The proposal on the prediction of the guarantee amount of the company and its subsidiaries in 2022 was deliberated and adopted, It is agreed that in 2022, the company will provide guarantees for subordinate companies within the scope of consolidated statements, guarantee each other among subordinate companies, and the new guarantee amount provided by subordinate companies for the company will not exceed 38 billion yuan, of which the new guarantee amount to guarantee objects with asset liability ratio of more than 70% will not exceed 19.8 billion yuan, The newly added guarantee amount to guarantee objects with asset liability ratio of less than 70% shall not exceed 18.2 billion yuan. The guarantee scope includes but is not limited to the financing guarantee for the application of financing business and the performance guarantee for daily operation.
