The initial inquiry and the cumulative price of the issuer will not be determined directly through the offline underwriter. 46245205 new shares are proposed to be publicly issued, accounting for 25% of the total share capital of the issuer after the issuance.
The initial number of strategic placements in this offering is 2312260 shares, accounting for 5% of the number of this offering. The difference between the final number of strategic placements and the initial number of strategic placements will be first transferred back to offline issuance. The initial number of shares issued offline is 3514644500, accounting for 80% of the number issued after deducting the initial strategic placement; The initial number of shares issued online was 8.7865 million, accounting for 20% of the number issued after deducting the initial strategic placement.
