1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Shenzhen Mason Technologies Co.Ltd(002654) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the notice of the 12th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors was sent by email and wechat on March 1, 2022. The conference was held on the 50th floor of Shenzhen Futian communication building on the 2nd floor of Shenzhen Futian District on August 2023.
Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting, including supervisors Yao Wen and Cai Chengrong, who attended by means of communication voting. The meeting was presided over by Liang Hong, chairman of the board of supervisors. Pan Lanlan, vice president and Secretary of the board of directors of the company, attended the meeting as a nonvoting delegate. Yan Ting, candidate for supervisor of the Fifth Board of supervisors of the company, attended the meeting as a nonvoting delegate.
The meeting was held in accordance with the company law, the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, and the resolutions of the meeting were legal and effective.
