In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed companies self regulatory guidelines No. 2 – standardized operation of GEM listed companies, the articles of association and the working system of independent directors, we, as independent directors of Hichain Logistics Co.Ltd(300873) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”), based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, We have carefully understood and verified the relevant situation of the company and express the following independent opinions:
1、 Independent opinions on external guarantee
During the reporting period, the company did not provide guarantees for the company’s controlling shareholders and other related parties, there was no illegal external guarantee, and there was no illegal external guarantee occurred in previous years but continued to the reporting period. The balance of the company’s external guarantee was 0 yuan.
2、 Independent opinions on the occupation of the company’s funds by related parties
During the reporting period, the company did not occupy the company’s funds in violation of regulations by controlling shareholders and other related parties, nor did it occupy funds in violation of regulations by controlling shareholders and other related parties that occurred in previous years but continued to the reporting period.
