National value-added telecom business license
By the end of November 2021, There are 117575 enterprises with value-added telecommunications business licenses in China (5189 of which hold the value-added telecommunications business licenses issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology and the Provincial Communications Administration), an increase of 2.26% over the previous month, including 26427 cross regional enterprises licensed by the Ministry of industry and information technology and more than 100 enterprises in all provinces There were 96337 local enterprises licensed by the (district and city) communications administration, an increase of 2.00% and 2.27% respectively over the previous month.
At present, the regional development of the national value-added telecom service market is unbalanced. Among the 26427 cross regional enterprises, 5752 are registered in Beijing, 5431 in Guangdong and 2710 in Shanghai. 52.6% of the cross regional enterprises are concentrated in the three places. Among the 96337 local enterprises, there are 17672 in Beijing, 8891 in Guangdong and 7743 in Henan, followed by Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai. The above six places concentrate 56.0% of the national value-added telecom enterprises, and the value-added telecom business operators in the 12 western provinces account for 15.3% of the country.
According to the classification of value-added telecommunications services in the 2015 edition of the telecommunications service classification catalogue, 117575 value-added telecommunications enterprises have a total of 163756 licensed projects. Among them, 76942 information service services (Internet information services only), 35057 online data processing and transaction processing services, 17181 information service services (excluding Internet information services), 9349 Internet access service services, 8646 Chinese call center services, 6490 Internet data center services and 10091 other services.
