Dea General Aviation Holding Co.Ltd(002260) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the notice on dissolution of unanimous action and voting power entrustment (hereinafter referred to as “the notice”) and the agreement on dissolution of agreement on unanimous action and voting power entrustment (hereinafter referred to as “the dissolution agreement”) and other relevant documents transmitted by the shareholder representative of the company on the evening of February 24, 2022. According to the notice, Chen Yichao, Zhang Yu, Yang Weijian, Yang Youmei, Cao Sheng and Yang Mingyu signed the agreement on dissolution of the agreement on unanimous action and voting power entrustment on February 24, 2022, and unanimously agreed to terminate the agreement on unanimous action and voting power entrustment signed by all parties on December 9, 2021, That is, all rights and obligations of the parties under the original agreement on unanimous action and voting right entrustment are terminated.
