We believe that the daily related party transactions in 2022 are expected to be required by the company’s business activities, the pricing of related party transactions is determined according to the market price, the decision-making procedures of related party transactions are legal, do not harm the interests of the company’s non related shareholders, and comply with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations, articles of association and relevant systems. Based on our independent judgment, we agree with the proposal on the prediction of daily connected transactions in 2022 and agree that the proposal should be submitted to the board of directors for deliberation, and the connected directors should avoid voting.
