1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Yang Guang Co.Ltd(000608) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the notice of the first meeting of the ninth board of supervisors was sent in writing and e-mail on Friday, February 25, 2022, and held in the company’s conference room on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in the form of on-site Tencent meeting. More than half of the supervisors jointly elected Ms. Ma Zhixin as the chairman of the board of supervisors. Three supervisors should attend the meeting, and three supervisors actually attended the meeting. Among them, Ms. Ma Zhixin, chairman of the board of supervisors, and Ms. Wen Min, employee supervisor, attended the meeting in the form of Tencent meeting. The convening and voting procedures of the meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
After full discussion by the supervisors attending the meeting, the meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on electing the chairman of the ninth board of supervisors of the company.
The board of supervisors of the company agreed to elect Ms. Ma Zhixin as the chairman of the ninth board of supervisors of the company. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of supervisors to the expiration of the ninth board of supervisors.
