Recently, the company received the letter on changing the project partner of Shenzhen Kaizhong Precision Technology Co.Ltd(002823) audit institution and the signing certified public accountant issued by Dahua. Dahua originally appointed Qi Dongyu as the project partner and Tang Yabo as the signing certified public accountant to provide audit services for the company. In view of the work adjustment of the original project partner Qi Dongyu and the signing CPA Tang Yabo, Tang Yabo is hereby appointed as the project partner and Cao Gengsheng as the signing CPA to be responsible for the audit of the company’s financial statements and internal control in 2021 and continue to complete relevant work.
