Announcement on the resignation of the employee representative supervisor of the company

Gohigh Data Networks Technology Co.Ltd(000851) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of supervisors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Sun Shaoli and Ms. Huang Jianlin, the employee representative supervisors of the company, and resigned from the post of employee supervisor of the board of supervisors due to work adjustment.
According to the company law and the articles of association, the resignation of Mr. Sun Shaoli and Ms. Huang Jianlin will cause the number of members of the board of supervisors to be lower than the quorum and the number specified in the articles of association. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, before the by elected supervisors take office, Mr. Sun Shaoli and Ms. Huang Jianlin will continue to perform the duties of supervisors of the company in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association. The board of supervisors of the company will elect two new candidates for supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures and submit them to the employee congress for deliberation. Mr. Sun Shaoli and Ms. Huang Jianlin will continue to work in the company after resigning from the position of employee representative supervisor.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Sun Shaoli holds 58800 shares of the company, Ms. Huang Jianlin does not hold shares of the company, and there are no commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled. Mr. Sun Shaoli promised that the company’s shares held by him would be managed in strict accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, such as the guidelines for self regulatory supervision of listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, and the detailed rules for the implementation of share reduction by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of listed companies on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
