Gohigh Data Networks Technology Co.Ltd(000851) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Liu Hongyun, the employee representative director of the company.
Ms. Liu Hongyun resigned as an employee director of the current board of directors due to work adjustment. The original expiration date of Ms. Liu Hongyun’s term of office was October 11, 2023. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Liu Hongyun held 119280 shares of the company.
