According to the resolution of the 11th meeting of the 5th board of directors of Brother Enterprises Holding Co.Ltd(002562) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), I, Zhang Zhiyong, was nominated as the candidate for independent director of the 5th board of directors of the company. Meanwhile, the company issued a notice on convening the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022. As of the date of notice and announcement of the general meeting of shareholders, I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
