The company plans to increase the capital of Suzhou maiwo Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. with RMB 60 million. After the capital increase, the company holds 75% of the equity of the target company. On January 28, 2022, the company disclosed the progress announcement on signing the cooperation framework agreement.
