(hereinafter referred to as the company or the company) was wholly changed and established on the basis of Guangzhou jusailong Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou jusailong). It was registered with Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce on March 8, 2016 and obtained the business license of enterprise legal person with unified social credit code of 91440184231297884c. Registered address: Longtan Jubao Industrial Zone (Village), Aotou Town, Conghua, Guangzhou. Legal representative: Hao yuanzeng. The company has a registered capital of RMB 3582784800 and a total share capital of 35827848 shares with a par value of RMB 1 per share. The company's shares were listed for public transfer in the National SME share transfer system on October 11, 2016, and the listing was terminated from July 26, 2017.

1. Conghua jusailong Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Conghua jusailong), the predecessor of Guangzhou jusailong, was registered in Conghua branch of Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce on January 21, 1998, and obtained the business license of enterprise legal person with the registration number of (from) 4401221100115. The legal representative is Hou Peicheng. The registered capital at the time of establishment was 500000 yuan, and the paid in registered capital was verified by Conghua Certified Public Accountants on January 20, 1998. 2. On October 23, 2000, the board of directors of Conghua jusailong made a resolution: (1) agreed that Conghua Longtan electric appliance factory would transfer 50% of its 80% equity to Hou Yongshi and 30% to Hu Huanlan, and Conghua Longtan economic development corporation would transfer its 20% equity to Hou Peicheng; (2) It is agreed that the registered capital of the company shall be increased by 2 million yuan, which shall be subscribed by each shareholder in currency according to the shareholding ratio, and the registered capital shall be increased from 500000 yuan to 2.5 million yuan. 3. On November 13, 2001, the shareholders' meeting of Conghua jusailong approved Hou Peicheng and Hu Huanlan to transfer their 15% and 25% equity to Hou Yongshi respectively. 4. On November 1, 2002, the shareholders' meeting of Conghua jusailong made a resolution: (1) agreed that Hou Yongshi would transfer his 30% equity to the trade union committee of Conghua jusailong Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. 8.
