1、 Composition of the 6th board of supervisors
Air China Limited(601111) (hereinafter referred to as "the company") held the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022 on February 25, 2022. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on the election of shareholder representative supervisors of the sixth board of supervisors. Mr. He Chaofan, Ms. LV Yanfang and Ms. Guo Lina were elected as shareholder representative supervisors of the sixth board of supervisors of the company, The sixth board of supervisors of the company was formed with Mr. Wang Jie and Mr. Qin Hao, the employee representative supervisors elected by the company through democratic procedures.
