After reviewing the employment information of Mr. Jin Yan, it is not found that Mr. Jin Yan is not allowed to serve as the senior management of the company as stipulated in the company law and other laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules and normative documents, and that Mr. Jin Yan has not been determined as a market prohibited person by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the prohibition has not been lifted, Jin Yan has never been punished by China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The appointment procedure of the general manager this time complies with the relevant provisions of the company law and other laws and regulations, normative documents and the articles of association, and is legal and effective.
Based on the above, we agree to appoint Mr. Jin Yan as the general manager of the company.
