Capitalonline Date Service Co.Ltd(300846) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the letter on replacing the sponsor representative issued by Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) (hereinafter referred to as ” Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) “) on February 25, 2022. Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) is the sponsor of the continuous supervision project of the company’s initial public offering. The sponsor representatives are Ms. Peng Jie and Mr. Wang Bin. The continuous supervision date is December 31, 2023; At the same time, Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) is the sponsor of the company’s continuous supervision project of issuing A-Shares to specific objects in 2021. The sponsor representatives are Mr. Ma Xiaofeng and Mr. Huang Xinyan. The continuous supervision date is December 31, 2024.
In order to better improve the work efficiency of the sponsor representative and urge the sponsor representative to actively perform the continuous supervision obligation, Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) appoint Mr. Ma Xiaofeng and Mr. Huang Xinyan (attached to the resume) to replace Ms. Peng Jie and Mr. Wang Bin to be responsible for the follow-up continuous supervision of the previous IPO project and fulfill the continuous supervision obligation.
After the completion of this change, the sponsor representatives of the continuous supervision project of the company’s initial public offering and the continuous supervision project of issuing A-Shares to specific objects in 2021 are Mr. Ma Xiaofeng and Mr. Huang Xinyan, and the continuous supervision period will be December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2024 respectively.
