1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
The first meeting of the Fourth Board of supervisors (hereinafter referred to as “the meeting”) of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited(688009) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held in the company in the afternoon of February 25, 2022 in the form of on-site combined communication. The notice of the meeting and relevant materials were delivered to all supervisors of the company on February 25, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Kong Ning, who was jointly elected by all supervisors. The meeting should be attended by 3 people and actually 3 people.
