Announcement on the resignation of the chairman

On February 24, 2022, the board of directors of the company received a written report on the resignation of Comrade Li Xinhua. Due to work needs, Comrade Li Xinhua applied to resign as chairman of the ninth board of directors of the company. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law, the guidelines for self regulation and supervision of listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, the guidelines for the governance of listed companies and other laws and regulations, normative documents and the articles of association, Comrade Li Xinhua’s resignation report will take effect when it is delivered to the board of directors, and his resignation will not have an impact on the normal operation of the company.
