On February 23, 2022, the company held a plenary meeting of the employee congress and elected Ms. Yang Yang as the employee representative supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company (the resume is attached). Ms. Yang Yang will form the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company together with two shareholders’ representative supervisors elected by the general meeting of shareholders of the company, and the term of office is the same as that of the Fourth Board of supervisors. The third board of supervisors will continue to perform its duties until all members of the Fourth Board of supervisors are elected.

Ms. Yang Yang, born in 1978, is now the deputy director of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited(688009) audit department (presiding over the work), the deputy director of risk control center, the director of Guangdong Yuecai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and the external director of Tonghao (Changsha) Rail Transit Control Technology Co., Ltd. Since 2012, Ms. Yang has successively held many positions in China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited(688009) , including accountant, chief financial officer, director of Engineering finance department, deputy director of audit department (presiding over the work) and deputy director of risk control center. Since April 2020, he has also served as a director of Guangdong Yuecai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.
