Announcement on the resignation of the company’s securities affairs representative

The board of directors of Beijing Kingfore Hv & Energy Conservation Technology Co.Ltd(001210) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the written resignation report submitted by Mr. Liu Yuan, the representative of the company’s securities affairs, on February 24, 2022. Mr. Liu Yuan applied for resignation as the representative of the securities affairs for personal reasons. The resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning from the securities affairs representative, Mr. Liu Yuan no longer holds any position in the company and has completed the work handover. His resignation will not affect the normal development of relevant work of the company.
