1、 Deliberations of the meeting
Sichuan Crun Co.Ltd(002272) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 30th meeting of the 5th board of directors on February 23, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on applying for bank comprehensive credit line and authorizing the chairman of the company to sign relevant loan and guarantee agreements. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
2、 Overview
According to the production and operation plan and objectives of 2022, the company and its holding subsidiaries plan to apply to the bank for a total of RMB 3260 million comprehensive credit. It is mainly used for short-term working capital loan, medium and long-term project loan, bank guarantee, China letter of credit, bank acceptance bill, international and China trade financing, foreign-related letter of credit, foreign-related letter of guarantee, Bill pool business, etc. The specific application amount is as follows:

Validity period of authorization: one year from the date when the relevant bank confirms the credit (including existing credit and new credit). According to the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, this proposal shall be submitted to the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022 for deliberation.
