According to the resolution of the 30th meeting of the 5th board of directors of Sichuan Crun Co.Ltd(002272) (hereinafter referred to as the company), Zhong Sheng was nominated as the candidate for independent director of the 6th board of directors of the company.
Since I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the guidelines for information disclosure of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 8 – filing of independent directors, I promise in writing that I will participate in the latest independent director training and obtain the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen stock exchange. Sichuan Crun Co.Ltd(002272) will announce my above commitment.
