Anhui Xinbo Aluminum Co.Ltd(003038) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 15th meeting of the second board of directors on February 24, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on adding the post of vice chairman and electing the vice chairman of the company. In order to further optimize the corporate governance structure, improve the corporate governance level and promote the standardization of the work of the board of directors, the proposal was deliberated by the board of directors, Agree to add the post of vice chairman, and recommend Mr. Li Jie as the vice chairman of the company to assist the chairman in his work. Mr. Li Jie, born in January 1979, Chinese nationality, without permanent overseas residency and technical secondary school education. From May 2000 to May 2007, he worked in Zhangjiagang Xinhong Aluminum Development Co., Ltd. as the director of business planning department; From May 2007 to now, he has successively served as the deputy general manager and general manager of Xinfa aluminum; From August 2013 to August 2017, he served as supervisor of Yindun sikin; Since February 2017, he has successively served as executive director and general manager of tianzhe energy conservation; Since August 2017, he has served as a director of the issuer; From December 2019 to now, he has served as the general manager of xinplatinum technology; From June 2021 to now, he has served as the general manager of xinplatinum aluminum; From October 2021 to now, he has served as the general manager of xinplatinum photovoltaic. He is currently a director of the company.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Li Jie directly holds 324452 shares of the company, and has no relationship with the directors, supervisors, senior managers, shareholders and actual controllers holding more than 5% of the shares of the company. He has not been punished by the CSRC and other relevant departments or the stock exchange.
