In 2019, Guangzhou Golden Key real estate property service Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit with the people’s Court of Wuming District, Nanning, Guangxi due to a property service contract dispute with our company. In December 2020, our company received the civil judgment (2019) GUI 0122 min Chu No. 5154 served by Nanning Wuming District People’s court, Judgment: “first, the defendant Nanning Department Store Co.Ltd(600712) paid the plaintiff Guangzhou Golden Key real estate property service Co., Ltd. the property service fee of 1062215.9 yuan from January 23, 2015 to November 20, 2018; second, the defendant Nanning Department Store Co.Ltd(600712) paid the plaintiff Guangzhou Golden Key real estate property service Co., Ltd. the breach fee of 318664.77 yuan.”. Both parties appealed against the judgment of first instance. Recently, our company received the civil judgment No. (2021) GUI 01 min Zhong 954 from Nanning intermediate people’s Court of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

2、 Litigation result
The court ruled as follows:
1. Revoke the civil judgment (2019) GUI 0122 min Chu No. 5154 of Nanning Wuming District People’s court;
2. Reject all claims of the appellant golden key company.
The fees for accepting cases of first instance and cases of second instance shall be borne by the appellant golden key company.
This judgment is final.
